"I was born and raised in a city in the southern part of Taiwan until I came to New York. I began drifting in this city primarily composed of immigrants, and this impact prompted me to contemplate the concept of “home” , which I had previously taken for granted. In the 'Unknown Creatures' series, I shape a clay entity resembling a sea anemone to symbolize my immigrant status. It traverses the ocean, floating in search of opportunities for survival, growth, and a chance to establish roots."

“我在台灣南部的一個城市出生長大，直到我來到紐約，我開始在一個主要由移民構成的大城市浮游，這樣的衝擊讓我開始對於"家" 這個本來習以為常的存在提出一些思辨。在【未知生物】系列中，我用黏土塑造出一種狀似海葵的未知生物，我用它來描述我的移民身份，它穿越海洋，漂浮在異地尋求生存，成長與扎根的機會。”
